Ok so I had a chat with a representative because the website was saying I didn't pay for my order when I already paid for it, he refunded me because I tried to buy the same thing 2 times, then mark as paid for my first order, I received email on my hotmail saying everything was fine with the transaction ID on paypal and he closed my ticket that I sended before chating with him, now I come back on the website this morning and it says UNPAID again, and my ticket is now open again and not closed anymore.
what is going on ?
