Changing Ownership requires both users to have support system account.
Please follow the instructions below.
1) Owner - Open support ticket. Provide 1st name, last name, email and request of transfer.
2) Owner - Provide Buyer with 1st name, last name, email on account and Ticket ID.
3) Buyer - Register and Open a support ticket. Provide Owners Info and Ticket ID.
4) Be Patient for staff to take care of the transfer and follow any request asked.
